Adam Internet has always benefited from great word of mouth from our customers. You have been spreading the word about our affordable plans and excellent customer service and we would like to reward you for your continued support.
With the Adam Internet rewards program, you can reduce the cost of your next broadband bill just by telling your friends and family about our great range of broadband products.
For each friend you refer to Adam Internet, you could be eligible for up to 100% off your next month's broadband bill! If you are on an AdamDirect or Naked DSL plan and the person you refer joins on an AdamDirect or Naked DSL plan that is the same cost or greater you will receive one month of your monthly plan cost added to your AdamRewards balance. If you are on an Adam Home plan, the person you recommend joins an Adam Home plan or the person you refer signs up for a plan of less cost, you will receive 25% off your next broadband bill. eg. If you are an existing Adam Home Light 512/128 customer paying $39.95 per month and you refer another Adam Internet ADSL customer (any plan) you are entitled to 25% off your next bill when the referred customers ADSL is connected.
To receive your reward, your friend will need to quote your email address in the AdamRewards Email field (as seen below) when they signup for any eligible broadband services.
The referers email address will need to be entered at the time of signup and cannot be added after the completion of the signup.
Once your friend is connected, you will receive your referral reward credited to your account. To keep track of the friends you have referred and your current reward balance, you can go to your Members Services Area by [Clicking Here] and select the 'AdamRewards' option from the menu on the left.

- Adam Internet reserves the right to withdraw or vary this offer at anytime without notice.
- AdamRewards balance will only be used for the purpose of offsetting monthly residential plan costs (this does not include Adam Talk call costs or other product costing)
- Your AdamRewards balance expires upon cancellation of your account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- AdamRewards balance is added upon the successful completion of the referred customer’s connection. The reward is not credited if the referred customer is ineligible to get broadband with Adam Internet.
- Adam Internet employees are not eligible for the AdamRewards program.
